What Is AI with Robert?
You run a small business. Everyone keeps telling you AI will change everything. But nobody has ever actually shown you AI doing real work — your kind of work. The pitches feel generic. The tools feel overwhelming. And you don't have a spare year to figure it out by trial and error.
AI with Robert exists to fix that. This page explains what it is, what you can get from it, and why it might be worth ten minutes of your time.
The short version
AI with Robert is a YouTube channel and website where I show AI doing real work in a real small business — mine. Not demos built for the camera. Not hype. The actual systems that run my marketing, admin, research, and content every day.
I'm Robert. I've run a small wellness business in Bromley for years, and I teach mindfulness for a living. Over the past year I built a team of around twenty AI agents that work for my business through a simple messaging app. They draft my articles, manage my Google Ads, watch my website traffic, sort my inbox, and brief me on my calendar every morning. I automated my own business first, without firing anyone and without handing control to a platform I don't understand.
Now I show other small business owners how it works — and help the ones who want the same capability to build it.
What you can watch
The videos show my AI agents doing real tasks, live. You might watch one draft a blog post from years of past content. Or summarise a month of ad spend and flag what's being wasted. Or turn an overflowing inbox into an organised summary of what actually needs attention.
The point is simple: you get to see what "AI for small business" actually looks like before anyone asks you for anything. Most people watch for ten minutes and think, "Oh. That's what people mean."
What you can get from me
Beyond the videos, there are three ways to go deeper.
Watch it work on your business. This is the part nobody else offers. You join a private Telegram group on your phone. I configure one of my agents to do a real task using your business — drafting your newsletter, reviewing your ad performance, or triaging your inbox. You watch it work, with your data, before you commit to anything. If it's useful, we talk about next steps. If it's not, no harm done.
Learn to do it yourself. I teach practical AI training over Zoom, one hour at a time. No theory-heavy courses. You bring a real task from your business, and you leave with something working. This suits owners who want to keep their hands on the wheel — which, honestly, is most of the people I work with.
Have it built for you. For owners who want a working system without becoming the technician, I deliver hands-on consultancy days. We build automation directly into your business: your content, your marketing, your admin. You always understand what's running and why. I don't deploy anything you can't see into, take over, or switch off.
What makes this different
You see it before you pay for it. Every claim I make is demonstrable, because I use these systems in my own business every day. No slide decks, no faith required.
Your team gets stronger, not smaller. The goal is to take the repetitive work off your people's desks so they can do what humans do best. I don't build automation that replaces the staff you depend on.
No platform sprawl. A typical small business ends up with five AI subscriptions, five logins, and five tools that don't talk to each other. My approach uses one simple interface — a messaging app you probably already have — with specialist agents working behind it.
No hype, no fear. Somewhere between "AI will save us all" and "AI will ruin everything" is a practical middle path: AI in the background, doing the work humans don't need to do. That middle way is the whole philosophy here.
Who this is for
Small business owners. Clinic owners, coaches, studio owners, independent practices — anyone with five to thirty people, a full diary, and a nagging feeling they're falling behind on AI. If you want your Tuesday afternoons back but don't want a "transformation programme," you're exactly who I make this for.
Where to start
Three simple steps, in whatever order suits you:
- Watch a video. Ten minutes will tell you more than any brochure could.
- Join the mailing list. You'll hear when I go live and what the agents are working on.
- Get in touch. If you'd like to see an agent work on a task from your own business, ask. That conversation costs nothing.
No pressure, no countdown timers, no "limited spots." Just real work, shown in the open, so you can decide for yourself.
